How do I change the speed of the scrolling text?

Changing the speed of the scrolling text in FoxCue is quick and easy. You can adjust the speed at two stages:

1. Before You Record

You can set the default scrolling speed before you start recording:

• Click on the "clock" icon in the teleprompter interface.
• Adjust the speed using the slider until it matches your preferred pace.

2. During Recording

While recording, you can also adjust the scrolling speed in real-time:

• Use the bar at the bottom of the screen to increase or decrease the speed as needed.
• This ensures the text scrolls at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

3. Test the Speed

After adjusting, test the scrolling speed by reading through a few lines of your script:

• Make sure the speed feels natural and allows you to maintain eye contact with the camera.
• Ensure your delivery is smooth and confident.

4. Fine-Tune as Needed

If the speed doesn’t feel quite right, continue to fine-tune it until it’s perfect for your delivery.
