How do I get a refund?
f you're seeking a refund for a purchase made in the FoxCue app, the process depends on the platform you used (iOS or Android). Here’s how to request a refund:
For iOS Users (Apple App Store)
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are managed by Apple. To request a refund:
- Visit support.apple.com/en-in/118223.
- Follow the steps provided to request a refund for your FoxCue purchase.
- Apple will process your request and notify you of their decision.
For Android Users (Google Play Store)
Refunds for purchases made through the Play Store are handled by Google. To request a refund:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap on your profile icon, then select "Payments & Subscriptions".
- Tap on "Budget & History" to locate your FoxCue purchase.
- Select the purchase and tap on "Refund".
- Follow the instructions to submit your refund request.
- Google will review your request and inform you of their decision.
Subscription Refunds
If your refund is related to a subscription, the refund request must still be processed through Apple or Google, depending on your device.
