How do I restore my purchase if I have already paid?
If you've previously made a purchase in FoxCue and need to restore it on a new device or after reinstalling the app, follow these simple steps:
1. Open the FoxCue App
- Launch the FoxCue app on your device.
2. Go to "Go Pro"
- Navigate to the Settings and click on the "Go Pro" option.
- This will open the paywall screen.
3. Click "Restore"
- On the paywall screen, tap the "Restore" button located in the top right corner.
4. Ensure You’re Signed In
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID (for iOS) or Google Account (for Android) used for the original purchase.
- Your previous purchase will be restored, and your premium features will be reactivated.
5. Cross-Platform Limitations
- Purchases made on iOS cannot be restored on Android devices, and vice versa.
- You must use the same platform and account to restore your purchase.
